The problem
Sellers on Pakistan Post typed the same booking forms and money orders for every parcel. At hundreds of COD orders a week that is hours of copy-paste and typos, with no tracking after handoff.
My role
Sole engineer: architecture, web app, mobile app, Shopify app, infra, and day-to-day ops.
The hard part
Pakistan Post has no public API docs. Booking, money orders, and labels hit internal endpoints, so I reverse-engineered the request flow and wrapped it in something that survives upstream outages. Bulk loadsheets across hundreds of orders still had to finish fast and atomically.
Outcome
Live at postbookingagent.com with free and paid plans, a Shopify app, and a React Native Android app. The product site lists 10,000+ customers served.
